About ADA

ShopADA is the offspring of creative studio ADA, with it we pay homage to exceptional design, sourcing and reviving iconic furniture, art and objects from the universe of design history.

Good design is timeless.  It is well designed, well conceived, and well made. With this in mind we created Shop ada.  Sourcing and reviving iconic design, vintage furniture and vintage homeware, and any sophisticated design items from the last 60 years, that have withstood people, pets and landfills.  Good design is sustainable, and this ecological consideration is paramount to our entire business model, in which we seek to mitigate environmental and ethical impact.

Chloe Powell is a multidisciplinary design director and founding partner of ADA Studio and Shop ada.  She holds a degree in Industrial Design and extensive experience in all facets of creative design.  

Melvin Harper is a Creative Director and founding partner of ADA Studio and Shop ada with a background in commercial, fine art photography, and creative art direction.  He has a masters degree from The School of Visual Arts, NYC, and experience with multinational beauty and fashion brands globally.
